The intervention consists of structural consolidation works aimed at improving the security of the property. Specifically, for this purpose, a metal structure positioned outside in contact with the facade, with beams and pillars, with bracings able to absorb all the horizontal stresses. The new elevations of the school, consisting of a metal lattice, will be in some portions covered with expanded mesh metal mesh, so as to create an envelope in support of the existing building and visually articulated.
In order to build these structures, it was necessary to demolish the current access staircase, reorganizing it with the creation of a new staircase and a new ramp to ensure accessibility to the building.
