Transporting the beauty of a place and transforming it into a sensation can be considered a creative act only if you transport the distinctive features of a place. The wall of colours, drawings, ornaments – along with tastes, flavours, scents – lead to a decisive belonging to a land: Sicily. The floor of houses, palaces, churches – like every architectural element in Sicily – is a moment to give voice to taste, which is why majolica tiles can in a single gesture go from a horizontal to a vertical level without hiding the true meaning of the operation: Taste.
