The building, which is spread over three floors above ground, has an irregular plan and embraces one of the corners of Piazza Vittorio Veneto.
The intervention involves the renovation and restoration of the entire building and its fittings and its transformation into a real estate complex with various functions related to residence and services. The premises of the former Palazzo Pretorio will be dedicated to language mediation, craft workshops, multi-ethnic kitchen and small manufacturing activities with footwear and textile in close connection with the Professional Institute A. Checchi that for years has already activated the addresses above. There are also spaces for three new housing with innovative types of residence for the elderly, spaces for associations and the tertiary sector including important elements of co-working and the redevelopment of outdoor garden.
