The intervention involves the complete demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new single-story structure consisting of a compact volume with a square plan.
The project is identifiable not only by the internal composition of the spaces but also by the strength of the internal-external relationship, created by the transparency of numerous openings of varying sizes that direct the view towards the garden. It also includes the presence of covered external terraces, usable by teachers for better supervision of the children, and the fluidity of the passage spaces.
From the perspective of the roof, the new volume will be covered with a system of slopes that will minimize the perception of the solar panels, even from the side of Via di Villamagna, and will collect rainwater, directing it quickly to the outside of the building.
